Watch
eLife Solutions 24×7 Operations Center monitors customer environments, verifies and validates any alerts, and provides appropriate escalation and notification services for our customers.

Assist
In addition to providing Q-Watch services, our Operations Center will leverage our ITIL based standard operating procedures to diagnose and re-mediate a number of common issues.
